This guest house was nice in every respect. Only 5 min walk to downtown. Spent a nice evening at Morgan's Plaice, located around 4-6 minutes walk from the venue. Everything in the room was very clean and there was a communal kitchen. Moreover, there is a parking nearby

Planned to see Long Eaton major attractions and it was brilliant base for visiting all of them. The bed was comfy, we liked it. We were greeted by helpful owner.

Guest house was very clean and well maintained. We were moved to a DELUXE queen room and had heating and an iron. Thanks to manager, who often helped us.
